The person signing this Release (the “Participant”) hereby releases and covenants not to sue Humanology and Health Science, Inc., a California corporation; **Anand Retreats; **Anand Foundation; **Utama Serimaju Sdn Bhd; and their respective employers, employees, representatives, agents, and affiliated and/or subordinate organizationss (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability for any and all claims, obligations, damages, losses, injuries, and/or causes of action arising as a result of participating in the **WHITE TANTRIC YOGA® workshop (the “Workshop”).

In addition, the Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, brought as a result of the Participant’s involvement in the WHITE TANTRIC YOGA® Workshop and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.

The oral and written presentations at this Workshop are the unique intellectual property of Humanology and Health Science, Inc. and are protected by copyright. No part of such presentations may be reproduced, transmitted or distributed in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical. By registering for and attending the Workshop, the Participant expressly agrees not to reproduce, transmit or distribute, or aid in reproducing, transmitting or distributing, any description, account, picture, video, audio recording or other reproduction of this Workshop. No still or video cameras or recording devices of any kind may be brought onto the premises without the prior written consent of Humanology and Health Science, Inc.

The Participant further agrees and understands that nobody has made any warranties about the safety and protection of his or her person and possessions during participation in WHITE TANTRIC YOGA® and attendance at the Workshop. The Participant agrees that they voluntarily take part in WHITE TANTRIC YOGA® and the Workshop and knowingly assume all risks, including, without limitation, any accidents, injury (including death), exposure to and contraction of certain illnesses (including, in particular, illness caused by SARS-CoV-2 and its variants, or “COVID-19”), property loss or damage, and other risks not known and not foreseeable at this time (collectively, “Risks”), that may be associated with or caused by participation in WHITE TANTRIC YOGA® and/or the Workshop.

In the event of any emergency, the Participant authorizes the Released Parties to secure from any licensed hospital, physician, and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for the Participant’s immediate care and agrees to be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered.

THE PARTICIPANT HEREBY SPECIFICALLY WAIVES THE PROVISIONS OF ANY LAW OR REGULATION WHICH PROVIDE THAT A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE PARTICIPANT DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS/HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE. This release does not waive any liabilities in a manner prohibited under any applicable state law; however, it releases the Released Parties, and waives the Released Parties’ potential liability for any released claims, as broadly as is enforceable under applicable law.

The Participant understands that the Released Parties will follow all laws, regulations, orders, and guidance related to COVID-19 safety precautions applicable at the time and location of the Workshop (the “Safety Precautions”). The Participant agrees to follow all instructions related to the Safety Precautions and further declares that:

(a) they have not been advised or ordered by any health care provider or government authority to quarantine as a result of potential exposure to COVID-19;
(b) they are not experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19 (such as cough, difficulty breathing, fever, or loss of taste or smell);
(c) they have not knowingly been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 30 days;
(d) the representations in (a) through (c) (“COVID-19 Representations”) will be true at the time of the Workshop; and
(e) they will not attend the Workshop if those COVID-19 Representations are not accurate.

The Participant acknowledges that the Workshop may be canceled or subject to restrictions under rules from local, state, and federal health departments and agencies.

Humanology and Health Science, Inc. reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from the premises, any person for any reason (upon refunding of the registration fee), including, but not limited to, because the person provides false or fraudulent proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results, made false COVID-19 Representations, or fails to follow instructions related to the Safety Precautions.

In sum, and without affecting anything above, the Participant understands the Risks and agrees not to sue any of the Released Parties if harmed by the Risks. The Participant has read this release and understands it. By signing below, the Participant indicates agreement to everything in it. When this form is made available online and signed electronically, the electronic signature of the Participant will be considered the same as an ink signature.
